Virgin Hotels Collection is built on momentum. The Digital Marketing Manager ensures our digital strategy moves with equal intention and pace. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and digital activation by
anticipating where the business is headed and aligning digital investment accordingly.
Operating above property but deeply embedded in each hotel’s commercial rhythm, this role serves as a strategic digital partner to property leadership. While the core focus is direct rooms growth, the role supports
the business holistically, including F&B, meetings and events, loyalty initiatives and new customer acquisition by applying the right marketing lever to the right commercial objective.
Working closely with the Senior Director, Digital Marketing & CRM, the Digital Marketing Manager balances near-term demand with long-term channel strength, customer value and profitability. As the role evolves, scope may expand
to include select Virgin Limited Edition properties in region.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who sees around corners, prioritizes with discipline and executes with conviction.

Commercial Partnership & Portfolio Impact:
- Embed within hotel commercial cadence and revenue planning conversations
- Translate booking pace, need periods and demand signals into proactive digital priorities
- Align digital strategy to core KPIs, including occupancy, ADR, channel mix, direct contribution and ROAS
- Match the right marketing lever to the right business need, from immediate demand to long-term growth
- Partner with EMEA peers to develop repeatable dashboards, reporting standards and scalable digital frameworks
- Elevate digital and data fluency across on-property teams, ensuring insights drive smarter commercial decisions
Digital Performance & Growth Strategy:
- Champion performance marketing strategy in partnership with agency teams
- Guide channel prioritization and investment recommendations grounded in return expectations
- Drive structured testing roadmaps across media, messaging and landing experience
- Align digital initiatives with growth-driver cadence across rooms and ancillary revenue streams
- Ensure performance supports profitability and sustainable growth
Direct Channel & Customer Experience:
- Advocate for direct booking growth and optimized channel mix
- Monitor digital visibility and competitive positioning
- Support initiatives that strengthen customer ownership and lifetime value
- Protect the holistic customer experience across all digital touchpoints
Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Serve as strategic lead for Americas agency partners
- Set clear performance expectations and foster accountability
- Translate performance outputs into focused, commercially relevant direction
- Align closely with Revenue, Brand, Creative and CRM teams to ensure cohesive execution
Entrepreneurial Agility:
- You may be evaluating a new market opportunity one week, shaping digital strategy for a pre-opening the next, or exploring an emerging acquisition channel that wasn’t on the roadmap a month ago.
