Marketing Operations Coordinator: Creative
We are SynergyLabs, a rapidly growing pet product manufacturer headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and are looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator: Creative with consumer goods experience to join our growing team. We manufacture in our owned facility in Hildebran, NC, including best-in-class grooming products, supplements, dental hygiene, shed control and much more.

The Role
SynergyLabs is hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator - Creative to help our teams ship marketing creative faster and with fewer revisions. You’ll support the creative workflow end-to-end: intake, scheduling, production briefs, routing feedback, and delivery so projects move smoothly across paid, ecommerce, lifecycle, and social.
This is a high-visibility execution role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident turning requests into clear next steps.
What You’ll Do
- Traffic + production support
- Coordinate the creative request intake process and keep a clear production calendar across brands and channels.
- Track work through each stage (brief → draft → revisions → final) and keep owners aligned on deadlines and priorities.
- Schedule reviews, route feedback, manage version control, and ensure final files are delivered correctly and on time.
- Brief creation (production-ready)
- Draft production briefs that translate direction into deliverables with specs, channel requirements, mandatories, references, due dates, and approvers.
- Use templates to create repeatable briefs for common requests (ad refreshes, PDP updates, email variations).
- Flag missing inputs early and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects unblocked.
- Process + organization
- Maintain SOPs and standards: naming conventions, file organization, checklists, and approval workflows.
- Track simple operational metrics (on-time delivery, cycle time, revision rounds) and surface bottlenecks to the team.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2–4 years in coordination, traffic, project management, creative production support, or marketing operations
- Strong organization and follow-through; comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
- Clear communicator who can ask for what’s needed and keep stakeholders aligned
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and project tools (Asana/Monday/ClickUp/Jira or similar)
Preferred
- Experience supporting ecommerce and performance creative workflows (PDP/A+, paid ads, email/SMS)
- Familiarity with creative specs and deliverable formats across channels
- Experience working with contractors or agencies
Tools
- Notion (or similar), creative asset libraries, channel spec sheets, shared dashboards.
