Pay: $50,000–$55,000 salary (or $21–25/hr part-time)

Care Where You Are, Inc. is a fast-growing local in-home care company serving seniors and Veterans across Southwest Michigan, including contracts with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We help elderly individuals live safely and comfortably in their homes.
Responsibilities
Support daily internal operations and workflows
Track expenses and prepare reports using Excel
Assist with payroll, billing, and internal financial reporting
Maintain compliance, licensing, and contract documentation
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Support executive-level projects and reporting
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required)
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working with numbers and systems
Degree in business/finance/operations preferred, not required
Preferred:
Microsoft Word proficiency
Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
QuickBooks or payroll system experience

Compensation
Full-time: $50,000–$55,000 salary
