Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store presence, driving traffic, and increasing sales through strategic marketing initiatives. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and Google Ads data to enhance user experience and increase sales.
- Create engaging content including copywriting for product descriptions, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to attract and retain customers.
- Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including social media management tools and Facebook Advertising campaigns.
- Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles to support marketing campaigns.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns through Google AdWords (SEM), Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising channels.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEM metrics; adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives, content creation, and performance marketing efforts to ensure cohesive branding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, SEM strategies, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
- Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with social media management platforms and advertising tools like Facebook Advertising.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is desirable.
