Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission-Based Restaurant Sales Representative to drive new business and expand our client base. This role offers fast payouts and the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, lead generation, and building strong relationships with restaurant clients. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales, management, and business development who thrive on achieving results and managing territory accounts.
Compensation (READ THIS CAREFULLY):
- $100 per restaurant that signs up or pre-registers
- $25 per warm lead that turns into a signed restaurant
- Paid immediately after signup confirmation
No caps. No waiting months. No “experience required.”
What You’ll Do
- Talk to restaurant owners or managers
- Explain a better alternative to DoorDash
- Get them to register or pre-register online
- Share a simple link — that’s it
This is relationship selling, not corporate sales theater.

Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential restaurant clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies
- Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories through proactive outreach
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize account value
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on restaurant or retail sectors
- Expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude capable of working independently in a commission-based environment
