Delta Powersports is seeking to hire a well-qualified Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. Below are the details of this position:
Position Summary
The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for managing all customer financing, insurance products, and aftermarket protection offerings while ensuring full regulatory compliance and maximizing dealership profitability. This role serves as the final step in the sales process, delivering a professional, transparent, and efficient customer experience that protects both the customer and the dealership.
Key Responsibilities: Finance & Lending Operations
- Present and secure financing options for ATVs, Side-by-Sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and power equipment
- Work with multiple lenders to obtain competitive approvals and structure deals appropriately
- Accurately submit, track, and fund all finance contracts in a timely manner
- Ensure all contracts are complete, accurate, and compliant before delivery
Product Presentation & Profit Generation
- Present F&I products clearly and ethically, including:
- Service contracts / extended warranties
- GAP coverage
- Tire & wheel, protection plans, and prepaid maintenance
- Achieve targeted F&I penetration rates and per-unit revenue goals
- Maintain strong product knowledge and adjust presentations based on customer needs
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations (Truth in Lending, privacy laws, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready deal jackets
- Follow dealership policies regarding disclosures, signatures, and record retention
- Protect the dealership from chargebacks, funding delays, and compliance exposure
Customer Experience
- Deliver a professional, pressure-free, and transparent closing experience
- Clearly explain terms, payments, and coverage in a way customers understand
- Resolve finance-related customer concerns post-sale when needed
- Support repeat business and long-term customer trust
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, and Accounting
- Provide daily and monthly F&I performance reporting (PVR, penetration, funding status)
- Assist in training sales staff on finance handoff, credit pre-qualification, and compliance basics
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- F&I gross profit per unit (PVR)
- Product penetration rates
- Contract funding turnaround time
- Chargeback levels
- Compliance audit results
- Customer satisfaction and deal accuracy
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of F&I experience in powersports, automotive, or RV preferred
- Strong understanding of retail installment contracts and lender processes
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding F&I performance goals
- High level of attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Professional communication and customer-facing skills
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and lender portals

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
