We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities including territory management and direct sales efforts to expand customer base.
- Engage in direct sales and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and scheduling appointments.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Perform product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance.
- Assist in marketing campaigns by promoting products through various channels and supporting brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory planning, and market analysis to optimize outreach efforts.
- Support inside sales efforts by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales over the phone or via digital channels.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical knowledge related to our products and services.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, territory management, lead generation, and account management techniques.
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience or interest in outside sales, marketing, or technology sales is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic understanding of retail sales, cold calling techniques, and inside sales operations is advantageous. Pay: $4,100.00 - $4,700.00 per month
