Job Title: IT Representative

Job Summary
The IT Representative is a support-level role responsible for assisting with the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Company’s IT systems. This position provides hands-on technical support to users, helps maintain IT and camera infrastructure, and ensures systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient. The ideal candidate has at least two years of IT support experience and a strong customer service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & User Assistance
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assist employees with system access, password resets, and application support
- Support onboarding and offboarding by setting up and disabling user accounts and equipment
IT Operations & Infrastructure Support
- Assist in maintaining computers, printers, scanners, phones, and other IT equipment
- Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
- Help ensure consistency of IT standards and configurations across both locations
- Perform routine system checks and report issues to the IT Manager
Camera Systems & Surveillance Support
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring camera systems and related hardware
- Help ensure cameras are operational and properly positioned
- Support retrieval of footage when authorized and directed by management
- Report outages, failures, or security concerns related to camera infrastructure
Cybersecurity & Compliance Support
- Follow and promote cybersecurity best practices
- Assist in enforcing access controls and data protection policies
- Report suspicious activity, system vulnerabilities, or security concerns
- Support audits and compliance requirements as needed
Documentation & Inventory
- Help maintain IT asset inventories and system documentation
- Document troubleshooting steps, fixes, and common issues
- Assist with updating IT procedures and user guides
Vendor & Project Support
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as directed
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and equipment installations
- Support IT Manager with research and implementation of new tools or systems
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, hardware troubleshooting, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service workflows
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong ERP experience (Canopy)
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Physical & Work Environment
- Work locations is on-site in Pico Rivera, CA and occasionally able to support DFW, TX location if needed
- May require occasional after-hours support for urgent issues
- Exposure to office, warehouse, and production environments

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
