Remote UX Designer for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in
Minnetonka, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area. Job Summary The
Remote UX Designer is primarily responsible for creating intuitive, human-centered experiences that enhance client interactions with healthcare professionals through user research, information architecture, and thoughtful design solutions.
Pay: $24.50 – 29.50 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Status: Long Term Consultant. Long term consultant, no end date, with good job stability. There is always potential for conversion to FTE status with the client for the right employee upon business needs. Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately
Job Duties:
- Drive the creation of intuitive, user-focused experiences that improve engagement between clients and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with research, UX, and cross-functional partners to gather user insights and translate them into effective design solutions
- Define and organize information structures that support clear navigation and efficient task completion
- Develop and refine user journeys, wireframes, and early-stage concepts to validate design direction through feedback
- Produce interactive prototypes and visual assets to support product development and communicate design intent
- Clearly present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders to gain alignment and support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with Figma
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
Highly Preferred
- Large corporation experience
- Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
