We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to assist with a variety of marketing and sales design initiatives. This individual will support the creation, refinement, and maintenance of branded materials used across digital channels, social media, and print collateral. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working through a steady pipeline of design tasks while partnering with internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
This opportunity is well suited for a junior or early-career designer looking to gain experience across a wide variety of marketing deliverables while contributing to a fast-moving team environment, or a freelancer who could use some supplemental work that can be performed remotely.
Worksite Location:
- Plymouth, MN – mostly REMOTE, required to go onsite once a week to start
Pay Range
- $20-25/hr – contract hourly pay rate
- 6 month interim project engagement

Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce and update marketing materials such as brochures, product sheets, presentations, and other branded collateral
- Create digital graphics including website banners, promotional visuals, and campaign assets
- Design social media content optimized for platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest, including static posts, carousel graphics, stories, and pins
- Support the development and formatting of presentation materials used by sales and business teams
- Resize, adapt, and optimize creative assets for various digital platforms and web environments
- Maintain an organized library of brand assets and design files to ensure easy accessibility for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to translate requests into effective visual deliverables
- Assist with design needs for online marketplaces and digital product pages as required
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while meeting deadlines and project timelines
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Demonstrated ability to produce both print and digital design assets
- Familiarity with designing content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain brand standards across multiple deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple small projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and incorporating feedback from stakeholders
- Experience resizing and preparing graphics for web use and accessibility considerations is a plus
- Exposure to video editing tools or short-form content production is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted design tools or generative image workflows is considered beneficial
