Job Description
The Infrastructure Business Analyst will operate under the strategic direction of the Infrastructure Business Manager, providing analytical, operational, and presentation development support for critical infrastructure initiatives.
This role focuses on tactical execution — driving process efficiency, enabling automation, and building high‑quality executive materials such as quarterly Infrastructure updates and roadshow presentations for divisional CIOs — ensuring strategic decisions and stakeholder engagement remain under the guidance of senior infrastructure leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Automation Enablement
- Partner with infrastructure team leads to evaluate existing workflows and pinpoint operational inefficiencies.
- Support infrastructure teams in adopting automation tools by creating readiness checklists and operational compliance templates.
- Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders to design target workflows that align with Jefferies’ Technology roadmap.
- Develop clear process maps, frameworks, and enhanced control mechanisms to reduce manual intervention and streamline approvals.
- Build Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and KPI dashboards to measure impact of automation initiatives and self‑service enablement.
- Ensure all designs are practical, auditable, and aligned to enterprise governance standards.
Executive Presentation, Quarterly Infrastructure Outlook & CIO Roadshow Support
- Consolidate operational metrics, resilience statistics, vendor strategy updates, and cost optimization outcomes into leadership‑ready formats.
- Prepare quarterly Infrastructure updates in collaboration with engineering managers and the Infrastructure Business Manager.
- Maintain accuracy and clarity of content while ensuring alignment with messaging direction set by infrastructure leadership.
- Prepare polished, audience‑specific decks for roadshow engagements with divisional CIOs, showcasing strategic infrastructure improvements, new product/feature releases, and innovation initiatives.
- Work with product owners and technical leads to develop visual demonstrations and impact narratives for inclusion in executive presentations. Ensure materials meet professional, visual, and compliance standards prior to leadership delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and operational readiness in a technology environment.
- Ability to turn technical data into compelling, concise business narratives.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Experience producing executive‑level presentations and business operational documentation.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non‑technical teams to capture accurate inputs.
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $125,000.
