Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Operations Analyst to support the development and execution of personalized marketing campaigns powered by Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). This role focuses on building, launching, and optimizing Next Best Action (NBA) strategies across inbound and outbound channels while managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across marketing, technology, compliance, and agile delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of Next Best Action strategies using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
Translate marketing requirements into CDH interaction strategies, targeting logic, and personalization rules
Assist in coordinating and optimizing member communications across inbound and outbound channels
Create and maintain user stories, requirements, and supporting documentation for NBA initiatives
Run simulations and conduct basic performance analysis to evaluate decisioning outcomes and business impact
Troubleshoot routine Pega CDH issues and partner with technical teams to resolve data or integration challenges
Manage multiple marketing tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution of campaigns
Own day-to-day campaign operations including approvals, QA/testing, deployment, post-launch monitoring, and issue resolution
Collaborate with marketing product strategists, business stakeholders, compliance partners, and cross-functional agile teams
Qualifications
Required
Working knowledge of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar decisioning/ESP platforms
Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams
Familiarity with marketing campaign lifecycle management and execution processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience with analytics and data tools such as SQL, Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI
Ability to quickly learn new marketing technologies and decisioning platforms
Exposure to experimentation, targeting strategies, or personalization frameworks
