The Field Project Manager is a hands on, field forward leadership role responsible for overseeing residential and commercial installation work across Beehaven Inc. This position requires strong construction experience, the ability to lead and train others in the field, and comfort working directly with customers and leading training initiatives for current and new hires. This will not be a desk based project management role and will consist of approximately 80 percent field based work, and 20 percent project coordination and documentation tasks.
What You’ll Do

- Review and work from construction drawings, shop drawings, submittals, layouts, and measurements. Identify constructability issues or sequencing concerns and address them in real time.
- Coordinate field level project information including RFIs, field changes, as built documentation, and close out materials. Support job site safety by participating in safety meetings, reinforcing PPE and safe work practices, and intervening when unsafe conditions are observed.
- Support material coordination and installation sequencing by working with Plant Operations on ordering, delivery timing, staging, and phase based execution. This role supports sequencing but does not own master schedules for commercial projects.
