Job Profile Summary
We are seeking a mature business professional in the Supply Chain domain who has hands-on experience in driving Digital Transformation initiatives and has a vision on how technology will disrupt and enable global Supply Chains. Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and lead Digital Transformation Strategies for enterprises, define the ways to maximize business value
- Advise CXOs and board members on their transformation journeys, facilitate conversations and workshops with credibility and insight
- Lead advisory services and process/technology consulting across broad set of supply chain areas
- Lead teams and develop proposals for RFP/RFI processes and pre-sales activities, including presenting solutions to senior stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams and engagement programs targeted at enterprise CXOs, cloud providers, and other technology partners with the goal to advise, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic networks
- Identify transformation opportunities during close collaboration with core clients
- Delivery large-scale, complex supply chain digital transformation projects, including design, implementation, deployment, and evaluation of digital solutions
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions
- Lead project and development teams and manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery
Preferred Competencies & Experience
- Proven experience in digital supply chain consulting, coming with Consulting or Industry background for Global Supply Chain (preferably within CPG/FMCG, Retail or Automotive Industries)
- Broad experience and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain operations, with deep-dive expertise in several of the areas mentioned:
- Sales & GtM, Order Management, Category Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Scheduling, Procurement and Supplier Relations, Sales & Operations Planning, Capacity Management, Inventory Management, R&D and New Product Introduction, Master Data Management, Distribution & Availability Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Fulfillment and Last Mile delivery, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Network Design, Supply Chain End-to-End Synchronization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with design and implementation of any major packages like SAP, o9, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder, etc.
- Strong understanding of cutting-edge technologies, that are set to play a key role in the digitalization of supply chains, like AI/ML, Generative and Agentic AI, Cloud Technology, IIoT, BigData & Insights
- Experience with custom software development process and lifecycle, working in technical and development teams
- Prior experience at a Tier-1 management consulting firm is advantageous
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus but not required

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000.00 – $250,000.00 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
