As a Sales Development Representative at Cynet, you are the front line of our channel growth strategy. You will open doors, shape first impressions, and set the foundation for long-term partner relationships.

What will you do:
- Own and expand a defined portfolio of MSP and MSSP partners.
- Develop joint business plans with CAM's and PAM's that drive recurring revenue growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities across partner customer bases.
- Run quarterly business reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
- Serve as the voice of the partner inside Cynet.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across North America.
- Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting.
- Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets.
You are:
- 1–3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
- High comfort with cold outreach and objection handling.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, MSPs, or SaaS preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
