Compensation range: $75,000-150,000
Role Description
The Corporate Finance Associate will play a critical role in the financial analysis and strategic planning processes. Responsibilities include performing financial modeling, conducting due diligence, analyzing investment opportunities, and supporting company-wide financial strategies. The role also involves collaborating with team members on complex financial planning and decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, IL.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Finance, with the capability to interpret financial data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in performing complex data assessments for decision-making purposes.
- Expertise in Financial Modeling, including creating, analyzing, and optimizing models for investment decisions.
- Experience in Due Diligence processes, including assessing financial and operational performance of investment opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
