We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email, and conversion optimization — while also supporting trade shows, conferences, and strategic partnership initiatives.
This role blends digital performance marketing with real-world brand presence and relationship building. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both data-driven growth and collaborative, cross-functional work.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, product adoption, and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, paid social, retargeting)
- Oversee SEO strategy, keyword planning, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Content and Product teams to align messaging, landing pages, and campaigns
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis
- Analyze funnel performance, attribution, and conversion metrics to inform decisions
- Run A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Own reporting and performance insights across digital channels
Trade Shows, Conferences & Partnerships
- Help plan and manage SPAN’s trade show and conference calendar
- Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing efforts to align with overall strategy.
- Support booth messaging, promotional materials, and lead capture strategies
- Track event performance, leads, and follow-up campaigns
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with industry organizations, vendors, and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams to support co-marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Assist in building long-term relationships that expand SPAN’s market presence
