As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help elevate our digital ecosystem and support both brand and franchise performance.
The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in executing and optimizing K9 Resorts’ digital marketing efforts across owned, paid, and franchise-support channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a franchise environment, is fluent in digital platforms and data, and enjoys turning insights into action.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and franchisees to ensure our digital presence drives awareness, leads, and bookings—while maintaining brand standards at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize K9 Resorts’ website ecosystem, including content updates, UX improvements, SEO coordination, and ongoing performance enhancements

Oversee CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, supporting lead management, customer journeys, and franchise-level reporting Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies on paid media execution, including search, social, display, and local franchise campaigns Support Ad Ops functions such as campaign setup, tracking, tagging, QA, and performance reporting Analyze digital performance across channels and translate data into insights and recommendations Serve as a digital resource for franchisees, helping them understand tools, programs, and best practices Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity across all digital touchpoints Stay current on emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies relevant to franchised businesses
Qualifications & Experience
4–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a franchise-based or multi-location organization

Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Strong understanding of Ad Ops, paid media fundamentals, and digital analytics Experience managing or supporting brand websites (CMS platforms such as WordPress preferred) Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, operations, and external partners Detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative Passion for data, optimization, and continuous improvement
