We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile marketing professional to become a key player in a specialized marketing organization. In this role, you won’t just execute tasks; you’ll be instrumental in driving engagement and education for a massive community of content creators. You’ll directly impact how partners receive vital information, grow their presence, and succeed on a global scale, blending your expertise in digital advertising with a passion for educational content.
Responsibilities
- Execute personalized email campaigns for partners during key moments of the year (deal events, seasonal moments, and lifecycle initiatives).
- Execute personalized push notifications to distribute key information to partners during critical points of the year.
- Support the development of automation for cross-channel targeting of communications.
- Monitor current automation processes, manage reporting & recaps for lifecycle and engagement marketing channels, and drive program improvements based on data.
- Assist with paid campaign management, including but not limited to reporting/pacing, trafficking ads, building media plans, optimizing ads, and appending tags.
- Partner with agency teams to review, track, and implement partner-facing assets across multiple channels, maintaining asset delivery schedules.
- Manage project timelines and dependencies using project management tools.
- Moderate live webinars, managing participant engagement and responding to questions in real-time.
- Compile and organize post-webinar feedback and questions for future content development.
- Create regular reports on educational content performance and engagement metrics, track performance across KPIs, and input into recaps and business review documents.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in paid digital advertising, digital content management, and implementation.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with or interest in affiliate marketing.
