Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment. This role supports Winky Lux's Marketing efforts, Brand, Influencer and Social Media presence.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to help support brand needs, copy, execute campaigns, content, social management and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build both creative and analytical marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing
- Contribute to marketing planning, new product launch and innovation calendar.
- Craft and manage creative messaging/copy for product, campaign and launches.
- Create, maintain, and publish internal communication documents, including but not limited to the Global Launch Calendar and all supporting documents for internal and external use.
- Be the expert in competitive analysis, category trends and consumer insights. Help us stay smart and make recommendations to differentiate our products.
- Help Manage cost of goods product financials and product pricing.
- Request, review, and manage creative assets ahead of launch to align with brand standards. Applies to digital and retail assets (printed collateral).
- Help support on 360 go to market campaigns, presentations and launch plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Influencer, Social, Content
- Support in influencers needs such as research, list building, outreaches and contract send-outs.
- Support in weekly and monthly reporting on EMV, content wins and influencer partnerships.
- When needed, help support community management, monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions across platforms.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and share ideas with the team.
- Assist with content editing for paid and organic media (video, stills & graphic).
- Help source, research, share and create on-trend content ideas.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience or relevant internships in Brand, Marketing, Social Media, or Influencer Relations.
- Strong copy and creative skillset and instinct .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, paired with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Understanding of social media trends, cultural moments, and digital landscapes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to relevant and timely content.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a hands-on, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support across functions as needed.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- A plus! Basic experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar) preferred.
