Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary up to $120,000, depending on experience and certifications
- Commissions and bonuses are uncapped

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deepen client relationships through ongoing planning and advisory services
- Design and implement customized financial plans tailored to client goals
- Conduct portfolio reviews and adapt strategies as needed
- Grow your book of business through high-touch service and proactive outreach
- Leverage advanced planning software and a full range of third-party investment options
- Remain informed on market movements and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- Series 7 required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years as a financial advisor
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
