About the Role
We are seeking an Apparel Product Designer (Concept & Visuals) to work directly with the founder to develop garment-integrated visibility and identification techware concepts.
We can execute any design, so this role focuses on concept development, techware placement, form, and visual clarity—not production constraints.
This is not a branding, graphic design, or marketing role.

Responsibilities
- Create apparel and wearable futuristic tech concept mockups (front/back/side views)
- Design garment structures that integrate visibility and identification techware
- Develop placement concepts for illuminated, reflective, or high-contrast elements
- Create colorways and material concepts optimized for nighttime activity
- Translate direction into clean, professional visual designs
- Collaborate in person during focused working sessions

- Logo or brand identity design
- Social media or marketing graphics
- Trend-based fashion styling
- Creative director or decision-making authority

Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating apparel or physical product design
- Strong understanding of garment form, function, and integration
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Figma (required)
- Ability to collaborate locally and in person
- Clear communication and reliability

- Experience with technical apparel, uniforms, or performance gear
- Familiarity with visibility systems, reflective materials, or integrated hardware
- CLO3D or Browzwear experience
- Background in apparel, industrial, or product design
