Our client, a major beauty and haircare company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Marketing Assistant Contractor to join their dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support across various operational and marketing functions, primarily focusing on purchase order management, inventory coordination, and content calendar support for their brands.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order (PO) Management & Procurement.
- Inventory & Shop Order Management.
- Approval Coordination.
- Marketing Content & Social Media Support (IMC Team):
- Social Media Content Calendar Management.
- Ambassador & Partner Content.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing a brand's influencer program, social media platforms and PR.
- Understanding of influencer measurement and social media analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Enthusiastic attitude and flexibility to adapt and pivot based on data and brand needs.
- Passion for the best-in-beauty influencers and active daily on social media.
- Creative, innovative thinker.
