We are on the hunt for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on user experiences across various digital platforms.
- Lead the design process for user interfaces and experiences across consumer and agent-facing platforms.
- Map customer journeys and design flows to enhance financial decision-making and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and compliance specialists to ensure feasibility and adherence to regulations.
- Design and refine chatbot experiences, focusing on user intent mapping and interaction flows.
- Utilize and extend existing design systems to create accessible and compliant digital solutions.
- Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance data.
- Create detailed design specifications and documentation for development teams.
- Extensive experience with Figma and FigJam for advanced UI/UX design.
- Strong background in digital web design, focusing on user-centered approaches.
- Proficiency in designing within CMS and understanding of component-driven design systems.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory content into clear, user-friendly interactions.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and basic front-end development languages such as HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
