About the Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager + Content Creator to support multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role is primarily focused on content planning, writing, editing, and publishing, with occasional on-site assistance for content shoots depending on the client.
This is a great fit for someone who is excited by creative work, understands how content performs, and wants real room to grow within a boutique agency environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, organize, and schedule content across social platforms
- Create and edit short-form content using provided footage and assets
- Write captions that feel natural, on-brand, and engaging
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Repurpose content across platforms strategically
- Monitor performance and share insights on what’s working
- Stay current on trends, formats, and platform updates
- Engage with comments and DMs when required
- Assist on content shoots when needed (on-site support, setup, filming assistance, and asset management)
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a full-time, always-on filming role
- Most content will be created from existing footage, photos, and brand assets
- On-site shoots will be scheduled in advance and client-dependent
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years managing social media for brands or businesses
- Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Excellent written communication and caption writing skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable working independently and communicating in Slack
- Bonus: experience with real estate, service-based, or local brands
