About the Role
Blake’s Beverage Company is looking for a creative, organized, and community-minded
Social Media Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of brands, with a primary focus on
Austin Eastciders. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, engaging with audiences, and bringing brand voices to life across social platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager and Head of Marketing to execute social strategies, create and publish content, manage day-to-day channel activity, and engage directly with consumers. While Austin Eastciders will be your main focus, you’ll also assist with social support for other brands within the Blake’s Beverage Company portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
- Create and publish social content for Austin Eastciders across Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and TikTok
- Capture and edit short-form video, photos, and static content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, feed posts, etc.)
- Assist with content calendars, posting schedules, and asset organization
- Adapt brand voice and visual style across platforms while maintaining consistency
- Support campaign launches, product releases, seasonal moments, and key initiatives
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries in a timely, on-brand manner
- Escalate customer service issues, legal concerns, or sensitive feedback when needed
- Engage with followers, creators, and brand partners to build community and brand loyalty
Platform Management & Optimization
- Assist in managing Austin Eastciders’ Meta and TikTok accounts, including posting, tagging, and basic reporting
- Stay up to date on platform trends, features, and best practices
- Support social listening and trend spotting to inform content ideas
Portfolio Support
- Assist with social media needs for other Blake’s Beverage Company brands as needed
- Help support cross-brand initiatives, promotions, and launches
- Provide backup support for posting, engagement, or content creation during peak periods
Reporting & Collaboration
- Assist with pulling basic performance metrics and insights
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to align social with broader initiatives
- Support content shoots, events, and on-site activations when applicable
Requirements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (especially short-form video)
- Comfortable creating content with a phone and editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands and priorities
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience working with consumer brands, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Experience supporting multiple brands or a portfolio business
- Interest in beverage, cider, or better-for-you consumer products
