The Work at Hand
Our Principal Consultant, reporting directly to CEO, Nina Segura, will execute the business transformation program, lead process engineering and bring our clients visions to reality. Our Consultant will ensure engagements achieve contracted outcomes, and financial targets using our methodology. Our Principal Consultant does this through anticipating client needs, managing hours against scope, mitigating risks early, and ensuring deliverables across areas such as Cultivate a Winning Culture, Create New Client Awareness, Create Client WOW Experience, Enable Profitable Operations, and Strengthen Leadership Alignment.
How Will This Happen?
Engagement Ownership
· Lead end-to-end delivery of Metaspire training, coaching and consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable outcomes.
· Structure scopes of work, engagement models, milestones, and operating rhythms.
· Manage engagement teams, workstreams, and cross-functional dependencies.
· Oversee engagement financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
Operational & Organizational Transformation
· Design and implement operating models, governance structures, processes, and systems.
· Lead PMO activities, including roadmap development, program tracking, and risk mitigation.
· Develop SOPs, workflow maps, RACIs, KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
· Drive process improvement initiatives that optimize efficiency, scalability, and accountability.
· Strategic planning and execution – translate quarterly plans with measurable KPIs, engage resources, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
· Leadership operating system – implement RACI framework, weekly/monthly executive rhythms, and accountability structures to reduce bottlenecks and increase leadership productivity.
Thought Leadership & Firm Development
· Contribute to the development of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
· Quarterly review and optimization – facilitate quarterly planning sessions; review operational
· Mentor junior consultants and build capability within the team.
· Participate in business development through proposal support, client presentations, and value articulation.
· Help strengthen the firm’s brand through writing, speaking, workshops, and insights.

Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience as a business process transformation or operational excellence consultant
· Process Analysis and Process Facilitation Client Line Of Visibility Models and SIPOCs experience
. Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt preferred), Monte Caro Simulation a plus
. Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
· Experience advising executives and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships.
· Exceptional communication and executive presence.
· Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking capability.
· Deep experience designing and implementing systems, processes, and governance.
