Position Overview
We are hiring a Debt Advisor to help business owners navigate debt restructuring and refinancing solutions.
This role is in-person and is ideal for someone who is:
- Hungry to learn
- Coachable
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Competitive and motivated by commission
You will speak with inbound and outbound leads, gather financial information, and help guide business owners toward the correct debt solution.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with business owners about their current debt and cash flow situation
- Identify opportunities to refinance or restructure business debt
- Collect and organize required underwriting documents
- Build trust and educate clients on how refinancing works
- Work with internal underwriting and lender partners to structure deals
- Maintain pipeline notes and updates inside our CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects until the deal closes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone confidence is a MUST)
- Coachable and open to feedback
- High urgency / high work ethic
- Comfortable discussing money, debt, and business financials
- Sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Background in finance, lending, insurance, or automotive F&I is a plus
Compensation
- $500 weekly draw
- Uncapped commission
- Opportunity to grow into senior advisor
