We are expanding aggressively and looking for a true hunter—someone who can go out, create opportunity, and close deals.
Position Overview:
This is not a passive account management role. This is a frontline acquisition position. You will be responsible for: Opening new accounts (bars, kava bars, smoke shops, distributors, beverage retailers) Cold calling, in-person visits, and outbound prospecting. Building and managing your own pipeline. Closing wholesale and distribution deals
If you are waiting for leads to be handed to you, this is not the role.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $500/week
Commission: 8% – 12% per deal (performance tiered)
Typical Structure:
8% on standard accounts
10% once monthly targets are hit
12%+ for high-volume or distributor-level deals
Expected Earnings:
Year 1 realistic: $60,000 – $90,000
High performers: $100,000+
NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS
Requirements:
Proven ability to generate and close new business
Comfortable with cold outreach (phone + in-person)
Self-directed and disciplined
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in beverage, cannabis, or CPG sales is a plus—but not required

20–40+ outbound touches per day
