Department Overview
The Market Intelligence team within Product Management is responsible for the intersection of customer product experience and competitor product benchmarking. By creating an understanding of consumer experience with MB & non-MB products, the Market Intelligence team implements strategic measures to improve that experience in the future with implications of sales potential, product satisfaction and aspirational best-in-class brand representation.
Job Overview
This position will support the Product Management team to provide actionable insights and to derive Product measures for the US market – from CLA to the G-Wagon. In collaboration with other Mercedes-Benz USA business units, this intern will help shaping Mercedes-Benz USA's future product portfolio and strategical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Engage Product Management stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and plan consumer and product-related projects.
- Integrate various sources in the strategic projects
- Research, analyze and proactively share the latest insights and trends
- Assist with the development of product strategies as well as being in close interaction with our product managers and our cars.
Skills Developed
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Content marketing, and digital asset management skills.
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications / Education:
To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.

Desired Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Has a driven and proactive mindset that able to challenge the status-quo and come up with creative and efficient solutions.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects within a given time frame
- Proven ability to provide accurate data and reports under tight time constraints
- Strong problem formulation and problem solving skills - attention to detail is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Proven ability to innovate and transform complex constructs to simple analyses for interpretation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Data Analytics skills a plus
- Familiarity with MB lineup or Automotive Brands/Models a plus.
Additional Information
During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
