Responsibilities include:
- Spearhead the preparation of financial statements
- Manage compliance reporting, regulatory filings, tax compliance, and audits
- Implement process improvements, internal controls, and KPI dashboards
- Oversee budget, variance analysis, and management reports
- Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports
Requirements:
- CPA License (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Required)
- Previous experience in public accounting (Tax/Audit)
- Strong Leadership Experience
- Willingness to go 5 days on site
- Salary $200-230k (plus bonus)
