A boutique investment bank is looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to its team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The firm specializes in advising founder-led technology companies across the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) landscape and is particularly active within software and SaaS. The team works closely with management teams and investors on strategic transactions including sell side M&A processes and growth capital raises.
This role offers the opportunity to work on transactions involving high growth businesses while gaining meaningful exposure to senior bankers, founders, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers. Given the size of the platform, analysts are involved across the full deal lifecycle and receive significant responsibility early in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across the TMT sector.
- Build and maintain financial models including valuation, transaction analysis, and operating projections.
- Prepare client presentations, confidential information memorandums, and marketing materials.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to support transaction processes.
- Assist with buyer and investor outreach and help manage diligence processes during live transactions.
