Job Summary: Project Details:
- Perform end-to-end business process analysis, including stakeholder consultations to understand current workflows, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement system solutions aligned with customer-specific business requirements, ensuring best practices, scalability, and sustainability.
- Document functional and technical requirements and develop detailed solution and process design documentation.
- Configure applications and systems to support defined business processes and operational needs
- Interface directly with customers throughout the design, implementation, and deployment phases to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
- Lead and manage solution deployment activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct or coordinate end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
