Our Pittsburgh team is growing, and we need a Full-Time Team Member who can confidently engage with business owners about their telecom needs. The Full-Time Team Member will act as a trusted advisor for AT&T's suite of solutions, from ultra-fast fiber to reliable wireless services. This role is ideal for a Full-Time Team Member who thrives in a client-facing, performance-driven environment.

The Full-Time Team Member masters the consultative sales process and digital tools to deliver clear, confident guidance on AT&T's services, creating long-term value for every client interaction.
Core Functions of the Full-Time Team Member
- Recommend AT&T fiber, wireless, and bundled plans based on verified business needs and service availability.
- Connect with decision-makers, guiding them through service tiers and device options while finalizing sales as a Full-Time Team Member.
- Handle account setup, confirm eligibility, process documentation, and ensure smooth activation across business lines.
- Keep CRM records sharp by logging interactions, tracking milestones, and updating account status for visibility.
- Spot upsell opportunities by reviewing usage trends and proposing scalable, future-ready business solutions as a Full-Time Team Member.
- Work with internal teams to resolve service issues, streamline onboarding, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
Education & Experience Needed for the Full-Time Team Member
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
- Experience in B2B sales, customer support, or field sales—especially within telecom, retail, or service-driven industries.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools with a focus on accurate data entry and pipeline management.

This position is an in-office role located in East Liberty and requires daily, on-site attendance. Remote or hybrid work is not available
