This is a part-time position supporting the operations and growth of a financial planning practice. Working directly with an existing group of clients, you will manage service requests, account follow-ups, trades, reporting, and prep work for financial planning meetings.
This role is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in learning how a financial planning business operates. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to help qualify and bring in new clients, with performance-based compensation tied to growth. This is an ideal position for someone interested in a long-term career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for ongoing client service
- Assist with executing investment trades and coordinating follow-ups
- Prepare financial plan deliverables and reporting summaries
- Organize client records and track task completion
- Support prospect outreach, meeting scheduling, and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Must have (or be willing and able to obtain) a Series 65 license
- Interest in financial planning, client service, or investment advisory work
- Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required
- Must be based in Jacksonville, FL and available for in-person work
Compensation & Advancement
- Hourly base pay (commensurate with experience)

This role will require registration as an Investment Adviser Representative under our RIA. As such, candidates must pass background and financial disclosures, consistent with FINRA/U4 standards. This includes no felony convictions, unresolved bankruptcies, or prior issues involving identity fraud or falsified documentation.
