Our client is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst who is eager to start a career in data analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, hands-on exposure to data tools, and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights for business decision-making.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple data sources
- Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Create basic dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau
- Identify trends, patterns, and data inconsistencies
- Support senior analysts in ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Document data definitions, logic, and reporting processes
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
- Basic to intermediate SQL (SELECT, JOINs, WHERE, GROUP BY)
- Understanding of data analysis concepts and KPIs
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy – good to have)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🔹 Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant internships, academic projects, or certifications are a plus
🔹 Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
