What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: sourcing → messaging → booking meetings
- Target hiring leaders (Head of Talent, Head of Engineering, Recruiting Ops) at high-growth companies
- Run high-quality, high-volume outreach across email + LinkedIn
- Collaborate directly with leadership to iterate positioning, ICP, and messaging
- Build repeatable systems — not just send emails
- Be a core part of early revenue traction
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years experience in B2B outbound (SDR/BDR), ideally in SaaS
- Strong writing instincts — crisp, direct, human outreach
- High agency: you don’t wait for playbooks, you build them
- Comfortable in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Curious about the future of hiring + how AI is changing recruiting
- Willingness to be in person in SF
