Jordan Craig is looking for a Production Coordinator who truly understands how garments are made from fabric to finish, from proto to final shipment. This role sits at the center of our product engine. You will make sure our factories deliver approved quality, correct construction, accurate washes, and on-time shipments.
If you know denim washes, print techniques, trims, fabrics, and can spot factory excuses instantly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily production with factories across denim, wovens, knits, and print programs
- Ensure factories follow approved samples, tech packs, washes, and construction details exactly
- Track timelines and push vendors so every style ships on time
- Manage TOP approvals, PP approvals, fit comments, lab dips, fabric submits, and QC reports
- Review finishing details including enzyme and stone washes, resins, hand sanding, whiskers, pigments, coatings, heat-transfers, and embroideries
- Communicate clearly with Design and Marketing so everyone stays aligned
- Catch issues early including fabric quality, shading, print strike-offs, trims, or construction problems
- Hold vendors accountable and call out anything that doesn’t make sense
- Take full ownership of tasks and finish everything you star
What You Need to Bring
- Real production knowledge of denim, wovens, knits, trims, and embellishments/prints
- Strong understanding of sewing, construction, grading, garment printing and finishing
- Experience working directly with overseas factories
- Ability to read and interpret tech packs, spec and wash standards
- Excellent task-completion skills and a strong sense of ownership
- Clear communication skills for updating Design and Marketing
- Strong organization and ability to manage many styles at once
- Confidence to push back when factories give excuses
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment
