We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & eCommerce Manager to lead and oversee our company's marketing initiatives, excluding field sales activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to develop comprehensive marketing plans, manage digital platforms, and coordinate with external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing Strategy & Execution
o Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness aligned with overall strategy, sales goals, and selected supplier initiatives.
o Manage and optimize the company’s website and online storefront to enhance user experience and increase sales.
o Manage digital marketing channels: website, email campaigns, social media, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
o Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as sell sheets, product guides, presentations, and case studies.
o Plan, coordinate and participate in trade shows, customer events, supplier promotions, and training events.
o Maintain and/or obtain registrations of intellectual property.
o Collaborate with suppliers on cooperative marketing programs, market development funds (MDF), and promotional campaigns.
o Coordinate and participate with Affiliated Distributors initiatives, strategies and events.
o Stay informed about industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company competitive

· Brand Management
o Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels and media. Help integrate a consistent brand presence across all customer presentation and communication channels.
o Strengthen the company’s brand position in industrial distribution markets (MRO, OEM, contractor, etc.). Create value and brand awareness within sub industries or isolated segments.
o Lead content strategy, including product stories, technical content, customer success features, and value-added service messaging.
o Partner with suppliers to co-brand campaigns and highlight strategic partnerships. Work with suppliers to find shared goals and exploit those possibilities.
· eCommerce
o Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the company’s eCommerce platform.
o In concert with executive leadership, develop and execute strategies for growth of eCommerce business.
o Manage and maintain product data to ensure accurate and compelling display on the online platform.
o Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
· Skills and Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, or a related field.
o 5–10+ years of experience in industrial distribution, B2B sales operations, or marketing.
o Strong proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.
o Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools and strategies.
o Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
o Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
o Understanding of MRO, OEM, wholesale distribution, or technical products is highly preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
