E-commerce Coordinator
Lighting and Home Accent company in La Mirada is seeking an experienced eCommerce Coordinator to service our growing ecommerce accounts such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot and Neiman Marcus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Download data from ERP in text format, manipulate data using Excel and upload into various ecommerce customers' internet portals to set up new products and images on customers websites.
- Create and update specifications and content on various customer portals such as Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon FBA, Wayfair, Lamps Plus/Syndigo, JC Penney, Macy's, Walmart, Home Depot, HSN, Ebay, Neiman Marcus, Overstock, etc.
- Populate various ecommerce customers' Excel templates with data in the specified format and upload via portal.
- Assist with customer image requirements, editing, upload and follow-up with site displays.
- Update inventory feed files for customers using their portal, FTP or via email.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED and some college courses preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience with major eCommerce accounts.
- Minimum 1 year experience with Amazon FBA process.
- Strong writing skills for online marketing materials.
- ERP Systems, Epicor / ROI Manage 2000 M2K and EDI experience a plus.
- Adobe Photoshop experience a big plus.
