Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cofounder – Chief Reimbursement & Partnerships Officer to join our innovative leadership team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive reimbursement strategies to optimize funding streams and ensure financial sustainability.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance program delivery and visibility.
- Lead proposal writing efforts for grants, sponsorships, and funding opportunities using platforms like Raiser's Edge and Salesforce to track progress and outcomes.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and demonstrate program impact to funders and partners.
- Manage public relations initiatives to promote organizational achievements through media outlets, social media channels, and community events.
- Coordinate event planning and management for fundraising events, stakeholder meetings, and outreach campaigns utilizing tools such as Eventbrite or Mailchimp.
- Supervise budgeting processes related to partnership development and reimbursement activities while ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as wills, trusts & estate law when applicable.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact or Mailchimp to engage supporters and expand outreach efforts.
- Foster strong relationship management practices by maintaining ongoing communication with partners, funders, volunteers, and community members.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic planning initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related fields with a focus on partnership development and reimbursement models.
- Strong skills in negotiation, proposal writing, grant proposal development, and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge for data collection and relationship management.
- Expertise in event planning, events management, budgeting, social media management, email marketing tools (Constant Contact or Mailchimp), and database management (WordPress or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of Wills, trusts & estate law is a plus for legal compliance aspects of estate planning activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders including funders, partners, volunteers, and community members.
- Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within university settings or nonprofit organizations is highly desirable. Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
