Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP and limited support to the Director, including calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate with executive assistants across the client’s senior leadership team
- Assist the YouTube Creative, Distribution, and Operations teams with scheduling, cross-functional coordination, and workflow organization
- Prepare materials for team, content, and strategy meetings; gather agendas and document recaps
- Maintain key department documents, trackers, calendars, reports, and internal databases
Requirements
- 1+ year of administrative experience and 1+ year of experience in social or digital marketing
- Working knowledge of YouTube operations and social media platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Airtable, Zendesk, and basic Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere preferred)
