Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account/Project Manager to join our team on-site at our Burbank, CA office. The Account/Project Manager will oversee client relationships, manage projects from concept to execution, and ensure successful delivery aligned with client goals. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, maintaining project timelines, addressing customer needs, and facilitating clear communication between clients and internal teams. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a knack for building relationships and driving successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Account Management and Customer Service to develop and maintain healthy client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and the internal team
- Proficient Analytical Skills in evaluating project performance and providing actionable insights
- Experience and proficiency in Budgeting to manage costs and resource allocation
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or marketing agency, is a plus
