We are searching for a savage Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge on our direct-to-consumer strategy. If you thrive at the intersection of data and storytelling, and know how to turn a campaign into a conversion machine, we want you on our squad.
What You'll Do:
- Build and launch full-funnel digital campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Email, Etc).
- Manage and optimize media spend to maximize ROAS.
- Optimize AI to ensure our ads can be visible and penetrate language models
- Analyze performance data to unlock growth opportunities and refine our approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and ops to align on goals.
- A/B test like it's your love language—continuously iterate creatives, copy, and CTAs.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other performance marketing channels to maximize ROI.
Core Skills You'll Need Are:
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to map out a cohesive digital strategy that aligns with brand goals and customer journeys.
Performance Marketing
- Knows how to build, manage, and scale paid campaigns (Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with a relentless focus on ROAS and CPA.
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Comfortable interpreting marketing data, building reports, identifying trends, and acting on insights.
- Able to segment audiences, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Skilled at improving landing pages, A/B testing creatives and CTAs, and reducing cart abandonment.
Creative Collaboration
- Works well with designers and copywriters to bring high-performing ads to life.
- Understands what messaging resonates with different audiences across platforms.
Email Marketing & Retention
- Knowledge of automated flows, segmentation, and email campaign performance metrics.
Project & Budget Management
- Manages timelines, resources, and media budgets like a boss. Prioritizes and pivots quickly.

- Hotjar or Crazy Egg (for behavior insights)
Email & CRM:
- Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Shopify integration for segmentation and triggered flows
SEO & Content Tools:
- SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Yoast (if using WordPress)
CRO & Testing:
- Google Optimize (or alternatives like VWO/Optimizely)
- Unbounce, Instapage, or Shogun (for landing pages)
Project Management:
- Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- Slack, Google Workspace
