Associate Program Summary
The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Associates Program is designed to further support the mission of LADF by assisting with the foundation’s work across all of its functional areas: development, programs, operations and game day. Associates also actively engage with the local community and expand the reach of the organization’s impact throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
The LADF Associates Program is a highly competitive, paid, year-long program designed to provide college, graduate, and recent graduate students with both professional and personal development in a nonprofit sports team foundation setting. While Associates will have a specific department focus, they will work across all LADF’s departments, gaining insight into its programs, development, and operations.

Please note that the 2026 Associates Program will be in-person and will follow all LA County health and safety guidelines. This is a seasonal, part-time position.
LADF Offices are located at 100 N. Crescent Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, additional work locations may include Dodger Stadium and within the greater Los Angeles community.

Position Summary
The
LADF Production & Storytelling Associate is a seasonal, part-time role within the year-long LADF Associates Program. Designed for students and recent graduates, this position blends nonprofit impact with creative production—supporting LADF’s marketing and communications team through content creation, digital storytelling, video editing, and event coverage.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, community impact, and media. Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Marketing & Communications, the ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, strong technical skills, and a desire to use creative tools to drive social change.
Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate to conceptualize, film, and edit content for web, social, in-stadium, and broadcast use.
- Support LADF storytelling at community events, game-day activations, and programming.
- Assist with pre-production tasks, including equipment setup, lighting, and production planning, and pre-screening of interviews.
- Capture footage and photos that highlight LADF’s mission and impact across Los Angeles.
- Organize and catalogue all visual assets and maintain media archives.
- Support internal and external storytelling efforts through scripting, quote collection, and pre and recap production.
- Aid in developing graphics and motion assets for social media and digital campaigns.
- Support all LADF activities as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong interest in philanthropy, nonprofit management, or community development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in database management, CRM systems, or grant platforms preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in research, administrative support, or project coordination is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Current student OR within one-year post-graduation.
- Must live, work, and have reliable transportation in Los Angeles for the duration of the program.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to advancing LADF’s mission.
- Candidates are to submit a demo reel or work samples with their application.
- Motivated self-starter who can produce, shoot, and edit an event from start to finish.
- Passionate about community impact and storytelling.
- Prior experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, camera work, and pre and post-production.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects).
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience working with Sony Fs7, Fs5, FX6, and A7siii cameras is preferred.
- Knowledge of how to operate DJI ronin stabilizer equipment.
- Proactive and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Must be available to live, work, and have transportation in Los Angeles for the duration of the program.
- Current student OR within one-year post-graduation.
