FundView, we build software that helps local governments do things right clearly, accurately, and responsibly. We're looking for a
detail-oriented Entry-Level Software Developer who's excited to learn, contribute, and grow alongside a collaborative team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience, real ownership of their work, and exposure to a modern technology stack. Our code is important, impactful, and yes cool. It also requires curiosity, problem-solving, and a willingness to think differently.
This is an in-office position based in Lubbock, Texas. Remote work is not available.
What You'll Do
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications
- Write clean, maintainable code based on project requirements
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and issues
- Test and validate code to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve functionality and user experience

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
- Foundational understanding of:
- Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- HTML/CSS
- SQL and basic database principles
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
