Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our growing multifamily brokerage team. This role is designed for an analytical, execution-oriented professional who wants direct exposure to transactions, ownership of deal processes, and a clear path toward leadership as the platform scales.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting active listings, underwriting new opportunities, managing deal execution workflows, and leading associate-level team members as the group grows.
This is not a passive analyst role. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates proactively, and treats execution as their responsibility — not a checklist.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain rent comps, sale comps, and market intelligence for new listings and proposals
- Support underwriting for acquisitions, dispositions, and Strategic Market Analyses (SMAs)
Deal Execution & Transaction Support
- Run point on onboarding new listings and active opportunities
- Coordinate internally to ensure all materials, data, and timelines are executed effectively
- Support marketing launches, buyer outreach processes, and moving the deal through the transactional node.
Process Ownership & Team Support
- Act as the central execution hub for active deals
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and proactively work to solve them
- Help lead and mentor associate-level agents as the team grows, alongside the Territory Manager
- Maintain organized deal pipelines, timelines, and reporting
Technology & AI Leverage
- Utilize Excel, financial models, and internal templates to support decision-making
- Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and productivity
- Continuously improve internal processes and workflows through automation and innovation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in commercial real estate brokerage, multifamily, or a transaction-oriented environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, comp analysis)
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools to enhance work output
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
