Job Summary
We need someone with over 10 years of experience in data architecture and at least 5 years specializing in Denodo and MPP systems. This person will play a key role in leading performance optimization, developing effective caching strategies, and designing scalable architectures.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Denodo architecture and be proficient with MPP databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, or BigQuery. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure is also essential.
Main responsibilities include optimizing Denodo-based data virtualization, resolving performance issues, guiding best practices, and creating architectural roadmaps that meet our business SLAs and cost objectives.
Preferred qualifications include being a Denodo Certified Architect and holding certifications in major MPP platforms. Strong skills in SQL optimization, data modeling, query pushdown, and performance benchmarking are crucial.
Additionally, the candidate should focus on key areas such as data lineage, API hosting outside Denodo, disaster recovery planning, data source credential management, and applying Denodo 9 enhancements to improve existing processes.
