Job Description – What You Will Do
The Tennessee Titans are seeking an organized, proactive, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Strategy & Insights team. This individual will support multi-channel advertising campaigns to grow the Titans fan base, assisting with campaign planning, paid media execution, asset trafficking, and performance tracking across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, Hulu, and Spotify. This is an exciting time as we build momentum around the New Nissan Stadium and expand our fan community. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Support Marketing Manager in development and build of paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms including META, Google, YouTube, Hulu, Spotify and more to meet overall advertising objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to expand audience reach through paid channels with audience research and development.
- Assist in developing advertising copy for various marketing materials & collateral including radio spots, TV commercials, and digital/print advertising that aligns with the team branding and is specific to key target audiences.
- Monitor key trends across marketing, advertising, and digital outlets to stay up to date on new channels/executions. Provide strategic insights based on these findings.
- Manage a calendar of new and recurring marketing campaigns to help reach core target audiences and assist in the overall organizational goal of doubling the fan base.
- Assist in trafficking of campaign deliverables including creative assets, tracking links, copy, and more within team project management platform to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns with relevant channel owners. Work closely with the Traffic Coordinator to help build an overall streamlined process.
- Communicate with and support channel owners in the execution of campaign strategy across Titans, Nissan Stadium and New Stadium.
- Use audience research to assist in development of cross-channel marketing strategy through relevant placements and executions.
- Assist in sweepstakes to ensure relevant channels and audiences are engaged across sweepstakes efforts.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sponsorship, Creative, Ticket Sales and Service teams to further business objectives.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements – What You Will Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Sports Management, or equivalent degree.
Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or media (sports, entertainment, or agency experience preferred).
- Foundational understanding of digital and paid media platforms including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency
- Familiarity with campaign management tools and processes, including project management software
- Comfort working with marketing performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and audience insights
- Collaborative and proactive team player with a passion for marketing and fan engagement
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
- Flexibility to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- This is an in-person position located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN
