Position Overview
The Graphic Designer & Concept Art Specialist supports the development of brand-aligned visual and product assets from initial concept through final production. This role contributes to a wide range of design initiatives, including product concepts, marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets. The position works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, clients, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality, production-ready designs that align with brand standards and business objectives.
This role is well suited for an early-career designer seeking to build experience in a structured, corporate environment with exposure to the full product design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce product concepts, packaging, and brand-aligned visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Develop concept art, visual directions, and supporting materials for product development and presentations
- Assist in the creation of professional presentations for internal teams and client-facing meetings
- Design website mockups and digital concepts in accordance with established brand guidelines
- Prepare, format, and optimize images for print, web, and email applications
- Create layout-driven designs for catalogs, one-pagers, sales collateral, and marketing materials
- Support email design initiatives as needed
- Participate in internal and client-facing design reviews and presentations
- Implement feedback from clients and internal stakeholders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare artwork files and specifications for domestic and overseas manufacturing partners
- Review samples and prototypes to confirm alignment with design intent and production requirements
- Support the product design process from concept development through final production
- Conduct research on design, product, and industry trends to support creative planning
- Assist in evaluating customer and market insights to improve product relevance
- Maintain organized design files and documentation in accordance with internal standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of core design principles, including layout, typography, color, and composition
- Ability to produce clean, professional designs for both print and digital applications
- Familiarity with presentation design and corporate brand standards
- Working knowledge of print production and digital asset preparation
- Basic understanding of website mockups and digital design best practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accept feedback and apply revisions efficiently
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams and time zones
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role (internships included)
- Exposure to product design, packaging, or manufacturing processes preferred
- Portfolio required, demonstrating strong design fundamentals and production-ready work

Compensation
- Salary Starts at: $58,000/year (based on experience and portfolio strength)
